1. Service

Readfine is a self-hosted RSS/Atom feed reader. This instance is operated by Jakub Libík, [email protected].

By creating an account you agree to these terms. The operator may modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile.
• The operator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Scrape or overload third-party websites beyond normal RSS reader usage.
• Circumvent any rate limits or security controls of the service.

4. Content

This service fetches publicly available RSS/Atom feeds from third-party sources. The operator does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content. You are responsible for the feeds you subscribe to.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator does not guarantee uptime, data retention, or continuity of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic.
